Australia local bank account: There is NO additional handling fee for transferring from an Australia local bank account.

Money Order
The payment method is the same as Check.

Your order will not ship until we have received payment in the above account.

Bank Cheque and Money Order are generally cleared as paid within a day of arriving, however we maintain a clearance time of 5 days for any Company Cheque and 11 days for Personal Cheque due to our current banking methods.

Tax

The total price of any order will include the applicable sales taxes only. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

Refund
After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

There are two types of shipping we provide.

• Registered Delivery - " eParcel of Australia Post" Delivery Service.
• Express Delivery - "eParcel of Australia Post" Special Delivery ( Australia only) is a must if you want to receive items in the shortest possible time. The additional charge is AU $5.00 per item .

We guarantee all the normal orders will be processed in 2 business days, but we are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. So normally, the eParcel of Australia Post takes two to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In the case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have been lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of Australia Post. We will re-send your order after eParcel of Australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.

Given that customers from all places would place orders at the same time, our stock level will change correspondingly from time to time. Hence, we have to check the stock level before arranging goods delivery. When any product item is out of stock, we have to arrange refund even though order and payment have been received. Customers' understanding of the practical constraint is highly appreciated.

Our shipping cost listed on the website only covers Australia.
